Astoria keeps its own time. Brick rowhouses line the side streets off Ditmars; cafés along 30th Avenue stay full from late morning into the night; Broadway and Steinway carry a little of everything. It is a neighborhood of front stoops and family businesses, where most of life happens within a few blocks of home.

So the notary should come to you. Whether you are closing on a two-family house, signing releases at a production office near Kaufman Astoria Studios, or finalizing a power of attorney at Mount Sinai Queens, Ella arrives on schedule and performs every notarial act with care.

Same-day appointments across all four Astoria ZIP codes.

Common Questions

Frequently asked by neighbors.

Can you come to my walk-up or two-family house?

Yes. Most Astoria appointments are in rowhouses, walk-ups, and two-family homes. Tell us which bell to ring and which floor you are on, and Ella will come up at your scheduled time. All we need is a table and good light.

Do you provide bedside service at Mount Sinai Queens?

Yes. Bedside notarization at Mount Sinai Queens, local rehabilitation centers, and private homes is one of our most-requested services. The signer must be lucid, willing, and able to communicate intent and identity.

Can you notarize at a studio or production office?

Yes. We regularly meet producers, coordinators, and crew at production offices around Kaufman Astoria Studios. Add Ella's name to the gate or security list ahead of time and we will check in at the front desk.

What are your fees for mobile service in Astoria?

Fees consist of the New York State regulated per-signature charge plus a travel fee determined by your address within Astoria. A clear, itemized total is confirmed at the time of booking.

What are your hours, and do you offer Saturday appointments?

Appointments run Monday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. Saturday and same-day appointments are available across all four Astoria ZIP codes: 11102, 11103, 11105, and 11106. Booking earlier in the day helps secure your preferred window.

Do you serve Long Island City and the rest of western Queens?

Yes. See our dedicated pages for Long Island City and Roosevelt Island. Our overview of mobile notary services across New York City covers Sunnyside, Woodside, Jackson Heights, and the other boroughs.
